The CIMCA has always tried to ensure that the members of the Jury are professionals of great prestige in the world of music. For a few years he has been commissioning new works for their premiere at the opening concert to relevant national composers, whom he integrates in the Jury. In this edition it will be made up of:
Ananda Sukarlan, composer and pianist

Born in Jakarta, June 10, 1968, Ananda Sukarlan is a pianist, composer and educational activist in the field of classical music. An Indonesian who received the highest knighthood "Cavaliere Ordine della Stella d'Italia" from President Sergio Mattarella, he is known for his virtuosic piano works, a series of "Rapsodia Nusantara" based on Indonesian folk melodies which have been played by pianists around the world. Many of his works incorporate elements of traditional Indonesian music into the classical music landscape, such as his orchestral work "The Voyage to Marege' " at the request of the Darwin Festival 2017 which was also recently performed by the G20 Orchestra at Borobudur Temple, 12 September 2022.
He graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Music, Den Haag (Holland) with Summa Cum Laude in 1993.
In 2000 he became the first Indonesian pianist to be invited to Portugal after the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. He was invited by the Portuguese National Symphony Orchestra to be the piano soloist.
Mobiliari Media Group in Hongkong has included him in the 100 most influential Asian artists of 2020 “Asian Most Influential (AMI)”. Ananda is also the first Asian classical musician to have his work registered with the NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens). He was written by The Sydney Morning Herald as "One of the World's Leading Pianists at the Forefront of Championing New Piano Music"
Recipient of 2014 Indonesian "Dharma Cipta Karsa" Award for Creative Economy and 2015 Republic of Indonesia Cultural Award. In 2020 he was appointed in as President of the Jury of the Queen Sofia Prize in Spain for Spanish composers.
